The coffee’s quality is the main link to getting the complete benefits associated with bulletproof coffee. Please make an earnest effort to get the best stuff. Cutting corners can diminish the coffee’s taste and health benefit.
Dave has great coffee. It took a while for me to get a chance at trying it. It’s a little expensive, but it is pretty good.
*Important: It is imperative for me to point out that you do not need his coffee to make bulletproof coffee. You can start with the coffee that you are presently using. It will not degrade the premise behind bulletproof coffee, or defeat its purpose. Dave has made some good points on why you should step your coffee game up, but I urge you to see if you like bulletproof coffee.
Unsalted grass-fed butter – It is imperative for me to point out that salty coffee is not good for you. You can learn more about the health benefits of grass-fed butter below. It is some good stuff!
*Important: Unlike coffee, grass-fed unsalted butter is needed for this process. Please avoid the urge to substitute the ingredients. If you do, you will not get good results.
MCT Oil or Coconut Oil – Coconut oil is basically MCT oil, but MCT oil is more concentrated than coconut oil. Medical studies show that coconut oil works exceptionally well when it comes to helping people burn fat (read more below). I prefer coconut oil because I have plenty of it in my kitchen cabinet. My Honest Opinion on the “Real” Bulletproof Coffee
