8. Your FamilyAs for your family, their participation in proper food and good food combining is up to them. You can make better food available, but don't try to force them to eat anything or to eat in a particular way. They may gradually want to follow your example, or they may never do so. It's not all that hard to provide simultaneously for your needs and theirs. It's certainly worth the effort if it's going to improve your health.
